Meet the Founders

  • Managing Partner

    Greg oversees the day-to-day brokerage operations in Colorado and is responsible for all aspects of the investment process for Outwest’s Colorado portfolio, including deal sourcing, due diligence, capital structuring, investor relations, and dispositions.

    Greg has sponsored multifamily, mixed-use, and single-family projects totaling over $70M and participated in over $120M of real estate projects and transactions. Greg has a history of creating alternative deal structures that help derisk cost-intensive investments to deliver favorable outcomes for our investors.

    Greg maintains that Outwest’s successes are a direct product of prioritizing relationships with property owners, local governments, and community members. These relationships help foster and create an open collaborative environment that ensures Outwest can continue to deliver feasible projects that expand and elevate real estate options to the people that live in the communities we work within.

  • Managing Partner

    Kevin's biggest passion is to shape the future of the Colorado real estate market. His specialties include capital markets, multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality. He's also led a few companies' real estate development departments, notably Quarters Co-Living, Getaway Homes, Outsite, and Inspirato, where he most recently served as the Head of Real Estate.

    With over $350 million in real estate projects developed, acquired, or funded, he has a proven successful track record of growing companies, optimizing operations, negotiating acquisitions and leases, and raising equity. Kevin is an expert in financial modeling, negotiation, growth strategy, business analytics, and debt/equity financing.

    He tackles the inherent volatility of the real estate industry by taking a global approach and applying it to a micro-market. This helps him prepare for and predict upcoming trends, ultimately providing his stakeholders with the best product and returns.
